Key board committees include the Audit & Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Compliance Oversight Committee — each chaired by an independent non-executive director to ensure objectivity and rigour.

This structure ensures that decisions are made with proper challenge, independent scrutiny, and full accountability to all stakeholders in the Valtura network.
